From William Cole: At 1230 AM CDT, MesoScan Radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles northeast of Cooper Lake Park Doctors Creek, or 15 miles south of Paris, moving southeast at 20 mph. Penny size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm. Locations impacted include Tira. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
