From William Cole: At 947 PM CST, MesoScan Radar was tracking strong T-Storms along a line extending from near Royse City to near Wilmer. Movement was east at 50 mph. Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms. Locations impacted include Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Wylie, Rockwall, Lancaster, Greenville, Balch Springs, Terrell, Seagoville, Forney, Kaufman, Hutchins, Royse City, Heath, Fate, Sunnyvale, Wilmer and Mabank. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
