WHAT Snow Expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with isolated higher amounts possible. WHERE Young, Stephens and Eastland Counties. WHEN From 6 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Friday. IMPACTS Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact any New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day travel plans. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Light freezing rain will be possible in the Winter Storm Warning area this morning. Light accumulations will be possible on elevated surfaces. Major impacts are not expected.
