From William Cole: At 1131 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Terrell, moving east at 25 mph. Another strong storm was located near Quinlan and will move northeast at 25 to 30 mph. Nickel size hail will be possible with these storms. Locations impacted include… Terrell, Kaufman, Wills Point, Crandall, West Tawakoni, Talty, Edgewood, Quinlan, Hawk Cove, Lake Tawakoni State Park, McLendon-Chisholm, Post Oak Bend City, Oak Ridge and Lawrence. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
