From William Cole: At 1037 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong winds well in advance of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Leon to Pottsboro to near Ravenna. Movement was south at 40 mph. Strong winds can also be expected with thunderstorms as well. Winds of 40 to 50 will be possible. If on or near Lake Texoma or other area lakes…be sure to head to shore as strong winds can capsize small crafts.
