ALERT 5:24 PM | Flood Advisory Tarrant County until 8:30 PM

From William Cole: A Flood Advisory has been issued for Tarrant County in the Metroplex until 8:30 PM. Ponding on the roadways and localized street flooding is possible.

At 524 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain occurring with thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying, poor drainage areas, and/or creeks and streams will experience minor flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen within the past hour with an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain possible.

Remember if you see water across a roadway do not drive through it. Turn Around Don’t Drown.
