Severe Weather is in the forecast as North Texas heads into New Years Eve. The good news is while rain chances will begin to increase around midnight – most of the active weather holds off until 3 am – 8 am early Saturday morning. Rain and storms are possible. Quarter sized hail and winds to 60 mph are the main concerns with any severe weather. A Polar cold front arrives tomorrow with temperatures quickly dropping – giving us a real taste of winter to start 2022.
