From William Cole: At 1122 PM CST, MesoScan Radar was tracking strong T-Storms along a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Mart to Little River-Academy. Movement was east at 40 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms. Locations impacted include Temple, Marlin, Groesbeck, Mart, Little River-Academy, Rosebud, Rogers, Calvert, Bremond, Lott, Golinda, Fort Parker State Park, Thornton and Kosse. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
