As a dryline continues to push through our Western Counties – the cap – or warm layer of air aloft that suppress thunderstorm development – continues to hold. The latest satellite imagery does not show any cumulous cloud development that would indicate thunderstorm activity is imminent. We’ll be monitoring the satellite imagery closely over the next few hours. If a storm is able to form it would quickly go severe with a large hail threat.
