At 356 PM CDT, emergency management in Grayson County reported flooding due to T-Storms producing heavy rain. Also, numerous reports of flooded streets in the Denton area have been received. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen with some isolated amounts as high as 5 inches near Krum and Sanger.

Remember if you see water across a roadway do not drive through it. Turn Around Don’t Drown.

From William Cole: At 249 PM CDT, MesoScan Radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles south of Olney and another moving into far northwest Jack County. Both storms are moving northeast at 30 mph. Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with these storms. Locations impacted include Graham, Olney, Elbert and Newcastle. Torrential rainfall is also occurring and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
