At 653 PM CDT, broadcast media reported flooding in the University Park area with multiple roads with water flowing over. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with up to 2 additional inches of rain possible. Flash flooding will begin shortly or is already occurring.

Movement was east at 35 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms. Heavy rain may lead to localized flooding and ponding on roadways.
